Our snow removal service agreement covers the entire Winter season. We will plow 2 or more inches of snow. Should an additional 2 inches of snow fall during the same snow event -- we will return to clear the snow a second time. Our snow removal agreement details all of our snow removal provisions.

If you have concerns with your snow plow service please email us. We will review the information and make every effort to resolve the issues to your satisfaction.
Twin Peak Landscaping is a service based business. We do not sell, ship, or deliver products. A signed agreement with Twin Peak Landscaping secures the consumer a slot in the business route schedule. As such, once payment is received and service has been initiated -- no refunds will be provided. A refund may still be considered on the basis of extenuating circumstances only. If a refund is granted the billing department will charge for services already rendered and balance will be returned to the consumer.
